SOC and response

Turn alerts into incidents your team can close

Related alerts are grouped into one incident with a timeline, evidence and an owner. Respond from the same screen: isolate a device, disable an account, block an address, open a ticket.

What you get

SOC and response in detail

1

Incidents, not a pile of alerts

Alerts on the same device or user within a short window, or from the same rule, join one incident. Each has a status flow, notes, evidence, linked log events and a response target.

2

Response with a person in control

Isolate or release a device, kill a process, quarantine a file, block an address through your firewall, and disable a Microsoft 365 user or revoke their sessions. High impact actions wait for approval and every action is audited.

3

Playbooks

Choose a trigger such as a MITRE technique or a severity, list the steps, and decide whether the playbook asks for approval or runs on its own. Automatic response is off until an administrator allows it.

4

One tool for IT and security

An incident opens a helpdesk ticket in the same system. The device, its patches and its backups are one click away, so containment and recovery do not need another tool.

5

AI analyst that does not press buttons

Summarise an incident, explain an alert in plain English, propose a containment plan and draft the incident report. It writes text for a person to review and never runs an action.

6

Dashboards, handover and reports

See open incidents by severity, time to acknowledge and resolve, top rules, hosts and users, and write a shift handover note. Produce a monthly security summary with compliance mappings.

Questions

Frequently asked

Does anything run without approval?

Not by default. Isolating a device, disabling an account, blocking an address, killing a process and quarantining a file all wait for an administrator. A playbook can run steps by itself only when automatic response has been switched on, and a step can be marked to always ask.

Does it need Microsoft 365 permissions?

Disabling a user and revoking sessions use the Microsoft 365 connection you already set up, with the permissions you grant in Entra ID. Without a connection those actions are shown as simulated.

Is this a managed security service?

It is software for your own team. If you want our analysts to watch your queue for you, ask us about managed monitoring.

Does it replace the SIEM module?

No. SOC and response needs the SIEM module for the logs and alerts it works from.
