Single sign-on

One sign-in for your team, managed in your identity provider

Technicians and staff sign in with the accounts they already have. Access is controlled where you manage your people, and it is included in every plan.

What you get

Single sign-on in detail

1

Four ways in

Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace and Okta using OpenID Connect, plus ADFS or any identity provider that speaks SAML 2.0.

2

Email based discovery

A person types their work email and ResolveX Pro sends them to the right provider for their domain. There is no provider list to choose from.

3

Accounts on first sign-in

A user who signs in for the first time gets an account created with the access you set as the default. No manual user setup.

4

Enforce SSO per domain

Require single sign-on for a domain so everyone from that company must use the identity provider and cannot sign in another way.

5

Your provider stays in charge

Disable someone in Entra ID, Google Workspace or Okta and they lose the way in. Multi-factor rules from your provider apply on every sign-in.

Compatibility

Supported identity providers
