Questions
Frequently asked
Can I run scripts as an administrator?
Scripts run through the agent service with the privileges that service has on the device. Access to run them is limited by the role of the technician.
Is every run logged?
Yes. Jobs record who started them, which devices they targeted and the result.
Can end users install software themselves?
A self-service software catalogue on the device is planned. Today, technicians and automations deploy packages.
