Mobile device management
Manage phones, tablets and Macs from the same console
Enrol Android and Apple devices, set policy, push apps, and lock or wipe a lost device. Mobile devices sit beside laptops and tickets, not in a separate tool.
What you get
Mobile device management in detail
Android Enterprise
Built on Google's Android Management API. Enrol with a QR code and choose a work profile for personal phones or fully managed for company devices.
Policies that apply on their own
Set passcode rules, allow or block the camera and screen capture, push Wi-Fi settings, limit devices to an app allowlist, and force install the apps your team needs. Kiosk mode locks a device to one app.
Apple iPhone, iPad and Mac
A self-hosted MDM server with your own Apple push certificate. Devices enrol with a profile, then report device information and installed apps.
Remote actions
Lock a device with a message, clear a passcode, restart, or erase it. On Android you can also reset the passcode and wipe the device or the work profile.
Profiles and apps on Apple devices
Install configuration profiles and App Store apps on enrolled iPhones, iPads and Macs from the console.
Linked to tickets and people
A mobile device has its own record with owner, status and history, so a lost phone ticket can lock the device without leaving the conversation.
Questions
Frequently asked
Is mobile device management a separate module?
Yes. It is licensed for the mobile devices you manage, separately from laptops and desktops. It is part of the Professional and Enterprise starting points. Request a quote for your device count.
Do I need my own Apple certificate?
Yes. Apple management uses an Apple push certificate issued to your organisation. We guide you through creating it during setup.
Can I manage personal phones?
On Android, a work profile keeps company apps and data separate from personal ones, and a wipe removes only the work profile.
